    • Partnered with cross-functional teams to implement a new commercial policy for the automotive refinishing segment, aligning pricing, incentives, and governance
    • Head an 11-person team that manages commissions, customer funds, OMS support, Icertis agreements, pricing governance, and sales tools
    • Designed, implemented, and maintain customer funding models (rebates, marketing funds, cross-sell, up-sell) handling over R$1M per year across 200+ customers
    • Manage the customer-funds process covering 5,000+ agreements per month and tens of millions annually, with financial modeling, process mapping, and reporting
    • Mapped, improved, and automated end-to-end sales processes
    • Built a pricing calculator for 1,100+ SKUs across 30+ price lists, incorporating taxation, markups, contributions, campaigns, and SKU parity
