- Manage the customer-funds process covering 5,000+ agreements per month and tens of millions annually, with financial modeling, process mapping, and reporting
- Mapped, improved, and automated end-to-end sales processes
- Built a pricing calculator for 1,100+ SKUs across 30+ price lists, incorporating taxation, markups, contributions, campaigns, and SKU parity
- Designed and maintain executive reporting covering end-to-end sales operations, with 30+ new KPIs and management views
